Priority from World CuisineThe Priority process consists of applying an anti-adhesive surface to a hard stainless steel base. The Priority line is highly resistant to abrasion and is made of composite stainless steel. It is compatable with all sourses of heat, including induction. The non-stick Priority coating is treated with new laser technology which ensures that the pan lasts 5 to 6 times longer than a conventional non-stick pan.
