Stainless Steel Convection Oven from World CuisineThese professional convection ovens are constructed of 100% stainless steel w/heat-resistant plastic knobs and handles. The doors are made of tempered glass. These ovens feature a rear-mounted fan and armoured heating element assembly, allowing for even heat distribution and fast temperature rise. The thermostatically controlled ovens reach 480° Fahrenheit in approximately 8 to 12 minutes. The units are equipped with chrome-plated wire shelves and a bake tray. Four shelf or tray positions are available in each oven. Clearance of 4" at the sides and rear is recommended. All three ovens are approved in accordance with UL and NSF standards.
