This French made Kitchen Aid attachment was designed by Pascal Brunstein, voted the best French pastry chef in 1993. It sugarcoats almonds and dried fruit and then turns them into succulent dragées. It is also suitable for coating hazelnuts, candies and orange strips with chocolate or almond paste. It produces about 30 lbs. per hour and is made of stainless steel.
