Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipment
All equipment shipped F.O.B. factory. All weights and measurements shown are approximate only.

Damaged Merchandise
Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify carrier if shipment is damaged. All claims must be filed with carrier.

Cancellation
Special or custom orders cancelled within one week of scheduled shipment are subject to a cancellation charge of 50%.

Return Policy
World Cuisine, Inc. will consider the return of equipment under the following terms and conditions:

• Must be pre-approved by customer service department in writing.
• RMA number must be assigned by customer service department.
• RMA must be written on the shipping label and bill of lading. This is extremely important.
• All items must be new and unused, preferably in the original packaging, with the freight prepaid.
• All items must be returned within 45 days of the original shipment date.
• All items must be of current design.

• A restocking charge of 25% on all products.
• Applicable freight charges.
• Freight damages (if any).
• Refurbishing to new for resale, including testing and re-packaging.

Privacy Policy

Our shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of your stay at our store. The cookie does not gather information from your computer or profile your system. The cookie just tracks your purchase. That's all it does! If you don't feel comfortable sending your credit card information over the Internet or if you just don't want to accept any cookies, you can click the "I'd Rather Have You Call Me For My Card Number" button on the check out form. The shopping cart check out form is the only place on our site that we collect personal information about you. We use the information we collect to track your visit to frenchcookware.com, process and ship your order, and to be able to contact you if you request it or if we have questions about your order. We do not track your visits by name, only by general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) to let us improve our web site and better serve you.

We use a third party for credit card processing, verification and in some cases, to drop ship merchandise. We do not store your credit card information on our server, it is erased as soon as we receive your order via SSL technology. We will never send your credit card number by e-mail. We treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. Access to customer information is limited to those employees who have a legitimate business need for that information

Since we do not store your personal information on our site, there is no reason for you request to have it deleted or changed.
